Dear mailing list friends,

I have a couple pieces of news to share with you.

The first piece is that I recently signed a contract with Kalos Press for my next book! I'm quite excited about it and feel honored to be a part of that small press's vision. I'll share more details later but look for it to be out in about a year.

The second piece of news is that I decided to restart my blog. I closed it just over a year ago. About six months later I began to miss it and so started playing around with new blog options on other blog platforms. But now I am back where I started, albeit with a small blog redesign. In part, it's a tribute to Typepad that I'm back again at the same site and not on another platform. More importantly, though, I'm back where I started because I missed the body of work that's been growing there, slowly, since 2004, and the readers who know the way there.

Some of you on this mailing list were on the subscriber list for my blog and you should get notice soon of the first post going up. If you're not on the subscriber list, I hope you'll sign up. You'll find the links to subscribe to either daily (or whenever a new post goes up) or weekly updates in the side margin and in the top navigation tab (http://justthinking.typepad.com). You can also subscribe via RSS on any newsreader, such as Feedly.
